Description

 This exhibition of works by Hanna Łuczak references her 1996 show also held at CCA Ujazdowski Castle. It includes three expansive installations of drawings and photographs made over the last several years. Strings (2008), consists of over 100 drawings, photographs and texts, Mimicry (2007), made of over a dozen large-format photographs, There and back (2007), which uses mirrors. It also offers two new pieces, the drawing installation Viva la Fantom, and the title piece Russian Roulette.

ARTMargins will release its first issue in February 2012 (MIT Press). The print publication joins the well-known ARTMargins website, which was started in 1999. ARTMargins will publish articles, essays, reviews, and interviews that critically reflect on Eastern European contemporary art and curatorship in an expanded context comprising Eurasia, North Africa, the Middle East, Latin America, and Central Asia.
